I used this video to conduct research into how to use the split screen effect. It broke it down step by step in order for me to replicate this in my music video. I applied this to a shot split into quarters of Jack Playing the Guitar and a shot into thirds of myself singing. The reason I did this as it is apparent in the genre and a big convention on the editing side.
Overall, this research was done to make sure I use this technique well and in order to make the music video fit the genre and to a good quality.
